No improvement on this place since the first review in Aug. 2008. The only reason I stayed at this place is because I was part of a group. Uncomfortable feeling is an understatement. There is no excuse for this. You walk in and it still smells like Old Hotel, Rooms were 1/2 cleaned, TV's did not work, Towels had stains and holes in them, thick dust on the a/c returns which makes the room dusty, water coming under the walls and from the ceiling because of a flood and a train horn in the middle of the night. You can tell they've had problems with flooding because there are alot of patches on the ceiling from repair. Seems like they had their unexperienced maintenance people try and upgrade the texture on the ceilings and walls in the bathrooms. Its so rigged I could have done a better job.
