The owner, (Katy), told us she purchased this house from an elderly man who had lived in the house since the 1940s. Its apparent from the looks of the inside and outside of the house that she has done very little to the place since she purchased it. Apparently she thinks renting out an extra room in the house makes it a "B&B." This so called B&B is disgusting and should be shut down by the city health dept, fire marshall, etc. When we arrived at Katy's B&B we had to enter thru the kitchen in the back of the house because there is no parking in the front. We found the kitchen dirty and in disorder. The owner has a catering business and we were told it was a busy weekend for her and that was why the kitchen was messy. We have stayed at many B&Bs and all generally provide guest something to drink (water, tea) upon arrival but we were offered nothing.
