Phoned two days before arrival during the Gulf Shores Shrimp Festival. This location was the only one with reasonable rates and availability on Sat. evening. Arrived in the late afternoon. The room was clean and inviting. Large King Bed very comfortable. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and nice. Would definately stay there again. more

We arrived at the property and proceeded to the check-in desk where the Manager asked if we were checking in for two rooms. We said no we only have one room and provided the printout. We had an ipod, camera, newly purchased clothing items and clothing items (including underwear) stolen from our room. Had to file police report etc.!!!!! Rooms smelled like mold and feet. Had to purchase spray to stay in the room. more

Overall, for the price - $86.35 (including tax) this is as good as you are going to get in this area. Having said that, it is about $30 overprice. For some reason, even though I was one of the first to check in, they put me on the second floor. By the way, they are strict on the checkin time.... more
