When we arrived, the girl on checkin was overwhelmed. It took a while on checking us in, phones were ringing , other people were waiting to check in, we joked with her about helping her check people in because the GM simply walked by her to leave for the day without even acknowledging us, her, or the other people checking... more

Our compliments to the staff of the Hampton in Guntersville, AL. They were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is situated on top of a hill overlooking Lake Guntersville.
