Hi, I went to Goa for long weekend in Jan. I booked my stay in Perola do mar hotel. I would like to say that, I did not liked the attitude of the hotel staff. They were very rude and non polite unlike to the foreigners. The rooms provided to them are much better then for Indians at the same price. Hotel swimming pool was very dirty and tiny . I saw no one in the pool during my stay. May be it is just for show. Strict NO NO for any Indians. more

I am an Indian. I have travelled across several countries across all continents. But i have to say that i have never felt humiliated like what i felt here. If you are an Indian with a self-esteem, then this is not the right place for you.

If you are a Non-Indian this place promises bright prospects at a much cheaper cost.

Upsetting but true, we indians pay the same price but stay at a much shabbier room with no furnishing and staff attention compared to Foreigners at this hotel.

The remaining part of this review is aimed at non-indians who may want to try this resort

Food: If not the best, its value for money. You will get to dine in a road side bistro amidst live music on most days. What more can you ask for?

Waiter: Waiting is not an art here. If you are looking for someone who is servile, then this is a great place to go if you are a non-indian. You will get all the wanted attention that you never asked for without spending a... more
