location is close to beach but a very unorganized resort. owner mr periera manages and does not pick calls or respond to emails. the ground floor rooms are very shabby, tv does not work,stinky. dont go by pictures on website or tripadvisor. reality is different. better and clean hotel options available at same rates in vicinity- 100/200meters

I have been visiting this place since 7 yrs...everytime in goa ...i stay here. Its close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The owner is really friendly and very helpful.They have a/c and non ac rooms.In winter non A/c is fine. Its just 100m from the beach. They own a shack too which is up during season.
