The hotel (studio apartment) stay was quite warm and the care takers were really nice and were there whenever required. Rooms are good with excellent facilities.

However, as I have booked the stay thru Clear trip website and the voucher was having wrong phone numbers. I have planned to reach early but even after calling the Cleartrip call center 3 times there was hardly any help. Only after reaching the place I was able to contact the correct person in cleartrip and they were able to help me with the contact person. There was no reception or caretaker when I reached the apartment and localites were not knowing about the rooms or any numbers. Fortunately, Cleartrip people were able to contact the correct person and then a caretaker rushed with the keys.

I suggest, when there is such a nice facility provided the proper directions and correct phone numbers should also be given. I have literrally search for the apartment for half an hour and taxi guy charged extra bucks... more
