The location of this hotel is excellent, just on the calangute beach. Hospitality is also very good, but we found the hotel staff little slow (or lazier kind). For breakfast/snacks, there is some delhi restaurant just opposite to street and we liked it very much. Lunch/dinner in the Sagar restaurant just opposite is OK, but that is Pureveg. more

The Calangute Residency is in fact owned by GTDC alongwith few more branches in different parts of Goa including Panjim, Mapusa, Colva and others. The stay and experience at the hotel was good, the service was average, the main advantage was of the close proximity to the beach.
