Spacious rooms, good services, good food quality are the highlights of the Hotel. Negatives - food variety is limited if you are on meal plan. Recommend to go for room only basis and opt either for a la carte or dine out. Good restaurants near by. Very small swimming pool and restaurant ambience is not so great.

Stayed in April 2013 for 4 nights..Small property, with 20-25 rooms suitable for budget traveling. Rooms are small, but managable. Beds are small, providing only queen sized bedding. Rooms & Bathrooms are clean. Pool is small. Reception is very dull. Breakfast is very basic.Positives are the location, near to beach & market.

The room are very small in size without any good view..Services were ok and location of the hotel is just ok and it is not far from beach side. Only if you are visiting in summers..you would need ac room.Overall not very good experience

This is the best suited hotel I can think of, in terms of price, location and facilities. Very well located near the tranquil beaches like calangute, baga and candolim. Rooms are clean and tidy. Services are ok. Staff is very helpful. Overall very good experience.
