The hotel is not really a standard hotel, more like some private appartments (like timeshare) and some rooms run by the hotel, but this makes it quite quiet. Hotel islocated at calangute beach only few mins walking distance . Rooms are quite spacious however quite old style and with old furniture , service is very slow but food is great , nearby veg restaurants are very less overall experience was god.

I stayed here this November but was really disappointed. Food quality is average. Room service is also not at par. Also Tea coffe is replinished once a day. I dont understand why they claim to be a 3 star resort..very disappointed.
