My family was booked to stay at Melaka Water City Resort from 16 - 18 March 2007 but only stayed one night. I totally agree with Perry Tan - totally overated. We opted for the biggest apartment. It was spacious. However the service is extremly slow overall from front desk to housekeeping. The additional beds that were ordered had a cockroach smell and we requested change. There were insufficient towels. The amenties were alright though the pool water was dirty and murky.
