My first room, refrigerator was turned off. Handles missing on drawers, front door would not stay shut. My second room coffee pot chipped/cracked, used bar of soap in shower. Waited hours for problems to be taken care of. more

Friendly staff, nice clean rooms but very noisy. Could hear the noise of the ice maker machine even though we were two rooms away.
