Stayed in condo 216 it was wonderful. Clean well equipped and comfortable beds. Only problem was neighbours would sneak a smoke on balcony and wind would blow the smoke into our condo. Told the condo management and it was taken care of very quickly. The pools were clean and never busy. We had a great time here will be back.

What a great place to have a Family Reunion. My husband rented six condos for our family and we all had a blast! Everyone enjoyed the beach the pool and the excercise room. We are from Indiana, some came from Cleveland and North Carolina and they all said it was worth it !

We love Phoenix X.. perfect location for a family vacation. We rented through Meyer Real Estate and stayed in unit 317. This is large 3 bedroom unit. My family from Atlanta, Mandeville, La. and metairie, la.met and stayed in the phoenix X for 4 nights. We had a great time on the beach, swimming pool barbecue area. The staff was great and the condos were conveniently located to serve any of our needs. We have already made reservations for 2013 at the Phoenix X.
