Spent five days on the fifth floor of Phoenix IX property. The entire experience was fantastic. The condo was very clean and luxurious. The view was wonderful. Beach access was great. We've stayed at the Phoenix VI annually for several years now, either at Spring Break or over Thanksgiving. It's sad to see the VI going downhill, but I guess Brett-Robinson is putting its money into its newer condos. Our extended family also rents the same units every year. Rented room 2002 through VRBO . Tim was easy to work with and gave us a great rate. Condo was beautiful and the view from the 20th floor was breathtaking. Would definitely stay again. more

Unit 406 is on the fourth floor and is considered a 'premium' unit. The owners must give this property personal attention to detail. Everything was in order and we had no problems. Great view fully facing the Gulf. more

We will be back ! As soon as we walked into Phoenix East 1205 in Orange Beach we knew we would be back. This spotless one bedroom with bright, beachy colors has everything: big flat screen TV's, new appliances, a large refrigerator and very well equipped kitchen.
