Hotel was fine and good value for money. My only complaint was the service level in your business centre as the attendant was not able to advise what the international access code was dialing out of China.

Stayed for 3 nights for a convention, the hotel staff was great for requests. They always provide excellent service whatever they can provide. Location was nice also. We have a nice view of the Shanghai skyline at the 35th floor. Food was also OK. Be an Accor member and be prepared to be pampered!
