There is no wifi connection available in room, which is surprising. You are forced to connect through cable (only laptop, forget iPad). Service in reception (HHonors area) far from friendly and helpful. Hotel to be chosen only if location is convenient (my case).

I stayed at this hotel for the first time. Their service and rooms were excellent. The service they provide to HHonors memebers are great. The only bad thing about the hotel is the internet. They need to improve the internet service. The WiFi didn't work that well and the wired service was very slow.

Stayed a week on two separate occasions. Was in Shanghai for work but extended over the weekend for vacation. Rooms are very clean, and the suite was huge.
