I stayed here for a week for both business and holiday. Staff is very helpful and friendly but sometimes you need some extra time to fully explain your wishes or orders. good hotel, great location, nice service. overall, befitting a business traveller. breakfast was superb. had a Kimona as a turndown gift, which was a surprising yet an adorable souvenir. rooms are bit tired but showcase the Japanese technologies. had a great stay.

Very much a Japanese feel to this hotel - just a single feeble pillow but rooms generally well appointed and a decent breakfast.
