We have been staying in this hotel the last 4 times we have travelled to Shanghai. The rooms are nice and clean and the location is perfect. Unfortunately the hotel staff doesn't understand English very well, the concierge didn't even try to be helpful (pulls a face when asked to call a cab or to be helpful with the luggage).... more

Hotel has an elegant touch. Rooms are huge and with best view to the Bund. Service is good but they could smile more. Food: we only had breakfast, they had a wide variety. Location: in Pudong just in front of the river with mall and atractions nearby. We got an upgrade. more
