From the moment we arrived we were ignored by the front desk staff who didn't even register us, and then another guest pushed in front of us who was then served immediately. When we were eventually checked-in the staff were so rude snatching things from us and throwing our passports and forms down. I would recommend against this hotel just... more

Check in Rayfont was bit of hassal... the reception staff could not converse in fluent english... it took time to understand what they were attempting to convey... the hospitality however was GOOD... The hotel is not very spacious but provides all that business traveller needs... there is business lounge with two computers and free internet... there is travel desk.. hotel... more

I can't wait to tell everyone how bad this hotel is. The carpet stinks,the wooden floors rot, the bed has bugs and the bathroom is moldy.
