Room was not big but very very clean and simple. Bathroom was very nice and big! (All white.) BB is expensive- Should buy outside of Hotel. Mall is within walking distant. They have specials on their website, So book the room through on line.

My company has been staying at this hotel for years. I have stayed here on 5 different occasions and all have been wonderful. Great rooms, good rates, friendly staff & great breakfast buffet. Century Park is right here which really helps add to the appeal. The shops and dining options around this hotel = easy outings away from the hotel.

The rooms are extremely well appointed, the staff are Incredibly helpful and proactive, there's a great breakfast and wired broadband included in the room rate. It's very convenient for the exhibition centre, within easy walking distance.

The hotel itself is well placed for the airport and business activities, sensibily priced with very good services, but the key element for me is the quality of the hotels staff. Always welcoming, helpful and never without a smile. Radisson Blu, my first choice when ever I am in Shanghai.
