I really enjoyed my stay at this B&B - the bed was comfortable, the coffee cake was delicious, and I enjoyed the historical feeling of the place. There was also plenty of space (we had our own living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bath). People should be aware that this is not a traditional B&B - there is no check-in or common breakfast room. It is more like a serviced apartment that comes with breakfast. That was all fine by me. The location is also good - it is in walking distance to restaurants, museums, and historic houses. The St. James Hotel and Restaurant are right next door, and the B&B is right up on the edge of the bluff overlooking the river and Pettus Bridge. more
