The grounds are beautiful. Staff is helpful and friendly. A shuttle is provided (lot of hills)to help you get around. The hotel covers a large area. It has several pools and hot springs with both long and short slides. You can also do a short zip-line there. Rooms are nice. Good breakfast. more

Even thought the rooms were not the best we had a great time. There was a a scary, but fun, part: Crocodiles... There is one 3 meter crocodile and four 1 1/2 meter crocodiles. This hotel is very close to the volcano and you can see the steam coming out on a clear day. The rooms are ok but very roomy with safe and fridge. It is a short hike from the pool to the rooms that includes a hanging bridge. The pool is what really make this place a fun stay. My older... more

Yes there are huge 10ft+ crocodiles in chainlink fencing. They have a stable of 30+ horses available for riding/excursions. The Volcano is like right on your head. There are well maintained hot springs, nice and hot (100+), cool pools 80's, and bath water good for toddlers mid 90s.
