My wife and I had some great time in the Las Colinas hotel. Our room was absolutely awesome! just in front of the Arenal volcano. We used the hotel's booking agent for all attractions around, the service was very kind. They even saved a good parking spot just for us :) more

Hotel is in town with a great view of the volcano. The family that runs the hotel is very nice and helpful with tours and suggestions of places to see elsewhere in the country. It was very warm the nights I stayed, and the a/c would have been a good idea but I thought the $10/nt was a bit much.... more

This is a small family run hotel just off the main street. It's two stories and offers magnificent views of the volcano from the outdoor patio on the second floor. Ivette at Las Colinas helped us plan and book all of our side trips, and did a supurb job. The rates may be a bit higher than noted in the travel books, but they did a major renovation, and the price is still well worth it. The view of the Arenal Volcano from the roof-top patio is awesome.
