What a beautiful hotel and great staff. The grounds are lovely, the spring water baths were great and the staff were very nice and helpful. The downside is that we stayed there in late May at which time they didn't serve breakfast, lunch or dinner. But, if you go in the "high season" I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed at Kokoro in May of 2013 and were so impressed! The staff made the hotel spectacular as they went out of their way to help in any way possible. Definitely recommend this hotel, Fernando is the best! The only downside is it the location as it costs about $8-10 each way to get downtown.

My friends and I only had the opportunity to stay here one night but it was well worth it! Friendly staff and very well appointed rooms (with a great view from the patio!), Great value here and a very quick drive to Arenal. Highly recommend.
