We stayed at Casa Luna for 2 nights. Everything about the experience was pleasant. We loved our large room with a shower that could easily fit 4 people! The service at the front desk and breakfast was superb! The property is clean and welcoming. Only down side that it's a bit far from La Fortuna town and hot springs. more

I recently returned from a 3 week trip to costa rica, casa luna was one of 8 places I stayed with my boyfriend, and it was definately the best. We got a good rate as we were travelling out of season. Great location near fortuna, volcano and the waterfall The pool and grounds are gorgeous, and facilities great. The rooms fantastic... more

We were looking for a nice and comfortable place to wind down with the kids for a few days after being on the road for while, and really found the perfect spot at Casa Luna! Spacious and clean rooms, a very good restaurant with decent prices and a very nice swimmingpool, all in a beautiful and relaxing setting that both... more

Every thing about Casa Luna Lodge is excellent. The view of the volcano is breath taking; the pool is very nice; food is good. I got the best massage every from Erick. The reports from my travel companions indicate that the other masseuses are also good. The setting for the spa is so relaxing. A great place for experiencing nature,... more

Out of the 5 hotels that we stayed in in Costa Rica, this was the best! So accomodating with the English speaking help and beautiful. It was my sons, 15 & 17 years old, favorite hotel in Costa Rica. Did the extreme adrenaline package, level 3 & 4 white water rafting, kayaking, rain forest tour & saw sloths, monkeys, lizards,... more

Just got back from our trip and wanted to leave a note. This place was great; it really should call itself a resort. The rooms and grounds were beautiful, very new, clean and modern. The shower and bathroom was amazing and each room has its own roomy balcony with chairs. The beds were also great. My only complaint was the... more

I am very picky about bathrooms and bedrooms. We had stayed one night at Tabacon, which was amazing, but was also really expensive. We were looking for a hotel that was cheaper but had nice facilities. We were visiting La Fortuna waterfall when we saw this hotel. We payed $77 for the night, and it included breakfast. The bathroom was... more

Honestly, my husband and I weren't crazy about staying here because we read that that this hotel is not on the active side of the volcano ( http://www.arenal.net/arenal-costa-rica-map.htm) and not very known, but we were traveling with our friends and this was their first choice and we realized that there was no guarantee that we'd see the volcano and/or lava.... more

The road to the Casa Luna Lodge is a narrow, curvy, and bumpy. It is about a 10 minute drive from the main downtown area with shops and restaurants. The hotel and grounds are beautiful! We had a second floor room (no elevators) with an amazing view of the volcano from our balcony. There was a TV, mini fridge, and... more
