We just recently stayed at La Posada Hotel for 4 nights and had a fabulous time. The hotel staff, including all the wait staff in the restaurant, were all super friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a beautiful suite at Hotel La Posada del Sol and had a very relaxing time. Really liked the food at the hotel restaurant and had a decent lunch at the golf course clubhouse. I stayed at the Hotel La Posada at Hacienda Pinilla at the end of August. It has been an amazing revelation to me. I've stayed in town in tamarindo and enjoyed it but I now am sold on staying out of town at this charming hotel. The staff is attentive and are always aiming to please. Everything was perfect ~~ the staff treated us like family, the food was excellent (i've never had better fettucini bolognese and i'm Italian!), the hotel is gorgeous and the grounds were lush and exciting to explore~~going back asap!!! more
