This hotel is about a 30-40 minute drive from the airport. We stayed here for two nights as part of a small tour group (12 people). The hotel is fenced with a locking gate.
They had welcome drinks for us upon arrival. The building we stayed in had a dining room and kitchen area and then a bedroom and bathroom on each side. Our room had a double bed and a bunk bed (double and single). There was an air conditioner. There was no tv, phone, alarm clock, fan, or wash clothes. There was a small pool and gardens to stroll through. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel. All were small buffets, but with several choices. Bottles of water were available for purchase for $1. Although, the staff said that the tap water was safe to drink, we only drank bottled water. The internet was available to use at the reception for $3 for the day.
There are not any businesses or hotels around the area. Nothing is in walking distance. If you are looking for remote and quaint this is... more
