The hotel is nicely situated; however, isolated if you don't have a car. The hotel sign displays 5 stars. What a disappointment this place was! It needs new management! We booked a village for the weekend. We arrived at night and the facilities were good: the village has 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a balcony. The next morning the electricity was gone and the water was gone also!!! We could not take a shower, or heat a coffee or use ANY facility from the villa.... more

This should be a much better hotel than it is. The building is fine with good rooms, well set out gardens and plenty of space. There are however many faults: 1) The hotel is in an isolated position on a hillside at a high elevation - it is at/above cloud level much of the time and subject to windy conditions.... more

During our stay at La Condesa our new camera mysteriously disappeared from the receptionist counter. The hotel staff acted as if nothing happened and was not helpful at all. We later learned disappearing belongings aren't uncommon there. It is believed the hotel staff is involved in robbery. more

The Hotel is on a really nice Mountain location. El Patio de Los Condes restaurant is great the food is just amazing on Sunday we went to the Brunch and it was mexican food ................ohhhhhhhhhhhh it was sooooooo good!
