Spent an all-too-short 4 nights at Playa Negra and it was wonderful - clean, beautiful, lovely pool, great beach within yards, banana pancakes for breakfast at Brigid's next door and very peaceful (except for the howler monkeys, but their morning chorus was always worth hearing).
