Just popped in and they had a room so we took it. Pleasant enough with the tie-dye decor! Was hot out so we appeciated the AC. Located at the north end of Jaco Beach, we found this hotel in the Frommer's 2006 guide. It was a good looking hotel, well laid out with a small pool, and on the beach. It was $60US/night, cash. Manager was very friendly. Food was good. Service was decent. Right on the beach. Clean, affordable. A little hard to find, make sure your cab driver in San Jose knows the place!! more

Large clean rooms. Good restaurant. Located on the north end of town down a small driveway. On the beach location. A small to medium size construction project is just starting. This was creating lots of noise at times. To bad because this is really a nice place. I would wait a year before staying here. more
