The hotel website says 5 minutes to the beach, but this is only if you have a car. It is probably a 40 minute walk to the beach. The bus stop is also not extremely convenient. The hotel is only a 5 minute taxi ride from either Quepos or Manuel antonio beach and it's a 50 cent bus ride to either.
