We were on a tight budget for this trip, confining most of our stay to inexpensive and uncomfortable hostel lodging at around $10 a night. But by the end of our trip we opted for something a little nicer and found this pleasant hotel to be very affordable relief. It's right on the beach. Although this stretch of beach is mostly comprised of boat docks, it was still lovely. The room was nice and clean, there is a laundry service (although the girl brought our clothes back still damp), an AIRCONDITIONING which was the biggest delight for us. The bathroom was fabulous, the shower had large windows open to the mangrove forest and we watched a troupe of monkeys pass by. Hot water is pretty rare in the non-resort stays, but this place had luke warm water for a few minutes before it turned cold. And lastly there's a nice little patio area out front in the shade.
