I hope I have the right place.... it isn't in Puntarenes, but rather across the way on the ferry in Playa Naranja. You get off the ferry, drive about 1/2 a mile, make a left at the gas station, and it's right there on your left. It is a simple place - spread out kind of like a ranchero or something -- but I really liked it. It's right on the water, has a nice beach and little boardwalk, and you can even see the ferry where you just were. Makes for some nice pictures. Has a restaurant, and the food is ok (not great). Not alot of English speakers, but one woman there speaks it pretty well - and was very nice. Great place to stay for one, maybe two nights. Don't go there for a week - not much to do around there. more
