My husband and I stayed here for 5 days during our honeymoon. Great views from our room. Beautiful garden trail behind the house. Joanna was a great cook. I still miss her breakfast. Great hospitality from both her and her husband. Our favorite memories were the mornings out in the back porch having breakfast with the mountain overlooking us. Joanna and her husband are very knowledgeable of the area and recommended great excursions. Hope to visit again for one of my anniversaries.

This immaculate, secure, gated B&B is located in the San Antonio mountains (Escazu). If you are looking for a quiet retreat with nearly invisible hosts this is the place. Joanna will prepare a wonderful breakfast to begin your day, then unless you are hiking, a driver or car rental are a must. Behind the house is a mini tropical forest with trails, gardens, hummingbirds and butterflies everywhere! The only down side is the typical Costa Rican toilet paper disposal policy.
