The staff spoke English. The doormen were very helpful with bags and directions. The housekeeper came twice a day. The room was comfortable. In room coffee maker with Costa Rican coffee. The breakfast buffet had a lot to offer. It is right across from a pretty little park and a few streets away from shopping. Would def stay there again.
