Loved my stay at this hotel. It is an old colonial building and they just added new rooms. These are nicely decorated, large and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool had cold water... The breakfast was poor. Location is perfect, right in the city centre. more

I stayed at hotel for one week. I would rate hotel for rooms 4-5 star with new rooms definitely 5 star. Cleanliness & customer service was 5 star+. Definitely prefer to staying here than at Marriott. I will now always stay at this hotel while in San Jose. more
