I was insulted and treated rudely by the staff. That right there nearly ruin my trip to Costa Rica. No way would I recomend this hotel to an American. I believe it was my nationality that was the problem. I have traveled to 30 countries and stayed at many hotels. This was the worst in hospitality. more
