This resort displayed typical Cook Island hospitality plus much more. The staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was great and the location is unique. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed and they had thought of every little detail. Highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting luxury and a completely relaxing time. more

The Aitutaki Lagoon Cruise with Teking is certainly five star unfortunately the Pacific Resort Hotel is not. The beach front bungalow has a spectacular view and most of the staff are friendly however the housekeeping staff are obviously not checked on as the bathroom each day was never kept as you'd expect for this amount of money. We had to... more

Our seven night stay at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki was the second leg of our three part honeymoon on the Cook Islands. The first part was spent at Sea-Change Villas in Rarotonga, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our arrival at Pacific Resort was fuss free and we soon found ourselves being greeted with other guests by the General Manager. This was... more

The Pacific Resort Aitutaki defines luxury and romance. It is the best resort on Aitutaki if not the entire Cook Islands. While you pay a premium for this luxury, if you can afford it, it's well worth it. EVERY bungalow and villa are right on the water, not a view of the water, but right on the water. The service... more

If you are going to honeymoon in the Cook Islands, the Pacific Resort Aitutaki is where to stay. Luxurious in every way, the hotel is set on a volcanic basalt outcrop extending into the lagoon with tropical gardens separating the individual bures. You can spend a day lying on your own deck wandering down to the water to cool off,... more

The discerning traveller will be charmed and captivated by both their experience of the Pacific Resort Aitutaki and by the island of Aitutaki. It is a resort and an island where relaxation is encouraged and very possible. The service we experienced at the Pacific Resort was second to none that we have experienced anywhere in the world. No one is... more

We spent eight nights at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki on our honeymoon. We could not have asked for a more relaxing and magical experience in one of the most beautiful places on earth. We had a beachfront bungalow that was only a few metres from the crystal clear water. It was spacious, elegantly decorated, and had a good sized deck... more

Aitutaki was very much a paradise isle, sadly the Pacific Resort Hotel didn't match up to that image. The place itself was well designed and the beach front bungalow was lovely. Most of the staff we met were lovely, others surly. Sadly the management let things down in that some staff were not sufficiently supervised to ensure they did their... more

Pacific Resort Aitutaki is an amazing place. From the moment you arrive the service and friendliness of staff is second to none. The resort itself is beautiful. Set amongst tropical gardens with a fantastic outlook to the beach. We stayed in a Beachfront Bungalow which we could not have been happier with, the attention to detail was incredible - From... more
