The most traditionally island paradise part of our honeymoon. Can't wait to go back there for one of our big anniversaries! more

What an amazing place to relax, the resort is stunningly landscaped and the suite we were upgraded to was equally sumptuous. As with all things Cook Island the mood was a relaxed one, so if you are expecting ‘classic’ 5 star service you maybe disappointed, but what the staff lack in formal training they more than make up for in... more

It is quite easy to see at first glance why this resort is among the top ten in the world. Everything from the grand reception area, the restaurant overlooking pool and lagoon to the poolside bar/cafe and white sand beaches, it is pure luxury. The friendly staff cater to your every need (in my case offered me a ride on... more

When entering the Resort, the smell & breathtaking landscape immediately compforts you. You either want to lay in bed in your beachside bungalow all day gazing at the clear waters, or you want to submerse yourself in the lagoon itself. Cook Islanders are laid back, gifted, and full of play. The pool has one of the most beautiful views ever... more

We felt like celebrities staying here! There's such a sense of privacy and respect here. Amazing accommodation. Loved our own hammock and deck. The evening turn-down service and treats in the fridge were so luxurious. The staff were all so friendly - even driving us to hospital and waiting while we had a small emergency, and then showing concern. Impressive... more

Lord knows when I arrive on vacation, I like to get to the location asap and get to the bar / pool. Therefore Pacific Resort Aitutaki is a bit of a mission, getting there on the pencil plane, mini van etc - BUT - in some ways that adds to the total "wow" when you arrive. Our first impression was... more

This resort displayed typical Cook Island hospitality plus much more. The staff were so helpful, nothing was a problem. The food was great and the location is unique. The rooms were spacious and had everything you needed and they had thought of every little detail. Highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting luxury and a completely relaxing time. more

The Aitutaki Lagoon Cruise with Teking is certainly five star unfortunately the Pacific Resort Hotel is not. The beach front bungalow has a spectacular view and most of the staff are friendly however the housekeeping staff are obviously not checked on as the bathroom each day was never kept as you'd expect for this amount of money. We had to... more

Our seven night stay at the Pacific Resort Aitutaki was the second leg of our three part honeymoon on the Cook Islands. The first part was spent at Sea-Change Villas in Rarotonga, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Our arrival at Pacific Resort was fuss free and we soon found ourselves being greeted with other guests by the General Manager. This was... more

The Pacific Resort Aitutaki defines luxury and romance. It is the best resort on Aitutaki if not the entire Cook Islands. While you pay a premium for this luxury, if you can afford it, it's well worth it. EVERY bungalow and villa are right on the water, not a view of the water, but right on the water. The service... more
