We arrived at The Salmon Run Lodge to stay in one of their $40.00 cabins. We just needed a roof to keep the rain off. We were going to fish and float. These cabins are very rustic. If you are looking to avoid setting up a tent and having your things indoors, then this is the place for you. They were not real busy, so they let us borrow foam from some of the other cabins. When we checked in the owner told us to look at the cabin before we paid. She said that some folks just can't handle the rustic cabins. No electric, No lights, No comfort. Some even have blow up mattresses on the floor. Next time I will bring a cot or camp pad and just sleep on the floor. They do offer some more expensive units if you are looking for electric or heating. The owners were very nice people. more
