We spent 10 nights at the Vaka Villa. It is the oldest, more traditional one of the three villas. Not a luxury, but very nice. It is very spacious, clean, has all the necessary comforts of a home. Our family stayed at Sands Villas for 3 nights and wished they had been available for longer. There are only 3 villas here - all with lagoon views and two right on the edge of the whitest baech you ever saw!
