This large home is in a lovely village. The hostess is very helpful and put on the best breakfast of our trip. We had a nice clean room with ensuilte. There was a little kitchen we could use, the internet upstairs, lots of books about the area, etc. there were restaurants close by and of course Alyeska up the road.... more

We loved our stay at Carriage House. When we pulled up, their two horses were tied out front. We knew we were in for something special. We did not have a good experience when we attempted to stay here in June. We arrived and had difficulty finding someone around who could show us to our room, The room was not very welcoming (coach room) bed was sloppy made and when the toilet handle broke off the toilet we checked out ! more

We stayed for one night at the Carriage House B&B. Rachel, the hostess, was very accomodating and provided us with a wonderful breakfast on the morning that we departed. The location is great, directly across the street from the Double Musky, one of the best restaurants in Alaska. more

Stayed at this B&B for 2 nights. The hosts were wonderful and we had ample accomodations. The home is beautiful and we had a delicious breakfast both mornings. The location is excellent, 2 mins off the extremely scenic Seward highway, only 45 mins or so from Anchorage, and 1 hr 30 from Seward. more
