I reserved 2 rooms at Hagens Cottage in November '07, partly based on the pictures of the rooms on their website. When we arrived in August '08, we recognized the building, but the sign said "Spyglass Inn". We were never notified of the change of ownership, even though it turns out we were the first to make reservations with the new owners. The rooms that we had were not the same rooms as shown on the website (and continue to be shown on the website.). I had partly chosen this B&B because I knew that at this point in our trip, we would want to do laundry, and the website indicates they have a washer/dryer for guests. When she showed us where the washer was, Pat told us that it was not for guests.

When we arrived at 3pm, the rooms were ready but the bathroom for one room had not yet been cleaned. It did get cleaned later that day. We spent 2 nights at Spyglass Inn/Hagen's Cottage. On the second day, the beds were not made up in the rooms, the bathrooms weren't... more
