The view is fantastic...and the cabins are well-appointed. We grilled scallops on the porch overlooking Katchemak Bay one night....and then spent a few hours in the hot tub. I loved the view out the back--water and snow-covered mountains. The cabin had great rustic themed features but very comfortable furniture. I wish I could have had this quality lodging for my entire trip. If you need it, the best in technology--HD with many channels and wireless. The combination of these things fit my family to a tee. more

Cabins are clean with more modern amenities that I would have expected. Fancy A-V system, brand new barbecue grills and comfortable deck chairs. View is definitely the best in the area. perfect! clean room with kitchen facilites, huge tv, great view, free wi-fi. large hot tub, but we didn't use it. the only downfall is that it is right on the road. more

My husband and I have just returned from an amazing honeymoon. We stayed 7 nights in the Loon Cabin at the Alaskan Suites. Everything was just as others described. They have thought of everything from the great hot tub, to the grill on the deck, and the flat screen TV. These cabins have a great location with an amazing view.... more

This place is heaven... absoutely wonderful. We stayed here 3 nites in June and loved it! Every detail covered to make a stay perfect.
