The hotel is lovely, rooms were clean and well equipped (jacuzzi, comfortable mattresses, wireless access). Service is friendly and accurate. In addition the hotel offers an excellent restaurant service that in Juneau - a town catering mainly (too much?) to cruise passengers - can be particularly appreciated.
