Hotel is 3-4 min walk from Kovalam beach. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was quite good. Room had quite large mirrors, which was good. Swagath is a decent, affordable, homely option in Kovalam area. It is very close to the beach. We had our office outing at the location. The GM and his staff went out of their way to fulfill our requirements and the team needs. Thank you!

An excellent place with value for money, with well behaved staff . Very good location, and very clean n hygienic n well maintained rooms. I.have been here 4 times over the last 5 years and i have received quality service each time .I highly recommend this resort to everyone who would like to.have a good time in.kovalam .

This is a very professionally run hotel. Service and facilities are good although to broken furniture should be removed from the poolside. We had some excellent meals during our stay. We stayed at this hotel, were welcomed with a cool juice, staff helpful, room was spacious and clean, had fan+a/c. Only didnt get hot water after 9pm though they say its heated via solar didn't make sense not to have hot water after 9pm! but didn't fuss as warm water was fine.

Massive room with kitchen and fridge, which was a bonus as there's a beer store just up the road (3min walk, Kingfisher is 62rs compared w/180rs in nearby hotels).
