I had exactly the same experience as Kate0002. This hotel is absolutely not worth the money and the stuff is extremly unfriendly. Paying by credit cards needs about 1 hour as you have to go to an external office. more

We stayed at hotel Neelakanta Kovalam for 2 weeks in august. The website pictures we had seen had been altered to remove everything around the hotel. Bug infested, shower intermittent, phones didnt work, staff sleeping on the floor of the lobby at night, bugs on breakfast tables, the list goes on. They charged us way over the odds for our... more
