Stayed one night as part of Sinh Tourist Mekong trip. Room was basic but perfectly adequate for one night stay. It was clean, air con was very good and breakfast choices were okay. We enjoyed our banana pancakes!

Part of SinhTourist's inexpensive Mekong and HCMC/Phnom Penh tours. SinhTourist describes it as a one star hotel and the guides ensure that expectations are low. We therefore endorse other reviews. We stayed in the Ngoc Phu for one night and paid 180,000 VDN for a double room with hot water and fan. There was also a TV and a small fridge in the room. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. When you are on a one star tour of the Mekong with Sinh Tourist or some other provider, this is typical of the hotel you get. The rooms are basic but are not dirty and certainly not small. We also stayed here as part of the Sinh Tourist your from HCMC to Phnom Penh via Mekong Delta. Chau doc is where you take the boat into Cambodia. This place is bearable for 1 night but that's it. Not clean, not completely filthy either but would never stay again nor recommend this place to anyone. It's part of the package from Sinh Tourist and while we found Sinh Tourist to be reputable, this place was just awful.
