We didn't stay in a hotel, but came two times for the excellent breakfest. Such a nice place for a lazy morning, sipping excellent coffee, enjoying fresh pastry and tasty fruit salad with fresh Sapa's honey. The interior is really nice, atmosphere really relaxed, nice service. Good value for suprisingly cheap prices. The idea of employing disadvantaged young people is... More

$15 a night? Are you kidding? Big room, french doors, a balcony, the best Vietnamese coffee in town, amazing views, an incredible menu, and really nice people. Worst thing I can say? The bed is a little hard. The Hmong girls met outside our room on the street in the mornings (it really did sound like birds in a tree)... More

Stayed at Baguette my only night in Sapa. It is not on the main road - which is really nice, calm and peaceful. The staff are really great - all in training as part of Hoa Sua training programme for disadvantaged youth. As the staff are trainees they are new and very eager to do a good job and learn.... More

We stayed here for a couple of days during the Christmas period, Sapa is freezing cold and misty this time of year but living in Thailand at the moment, that was just what we were looking for. For 25 Dollars a night, the rooms aren't the cheapest in Sapa and you will probably find something similarly comfortable for less money.... More

We had planned to go to another hotel (because of a few bad reviews of Baguette & Chocolat), but have seen the Baguette & Chocolat when we were passing with our motorbike. We went in to drink a coffee and eat some of the great pastry – and decided to have a look at the rooms. The one we have... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here after viewing it in lonely planet & seeing some good reviews on here. While the room itself is quite nice for the $$$$, we found the staff ruined any sentiments of liking or recommending this hotel. Likewise, the food was less than average. Let me begin with the food. I don't know where the... More

Being only 4 rooms the guesthouse and café/bakery below have a very homely and welcoming feel. The rooms are perfectly adequate and clean and much better than several others we viewed in Sapa at a similar price range. We ate in the restaurant/café for most meals whilst there as it was so nice to be able to come out of... More

had several baguette and cake meals which were very good as was the coffee. checked out the rooms upstairs which we will now recommend to friends visiting in February. very good value at $25 including breakfast. the staff were a little preoccupied with playing games on computers rather than keeping an eye on customers.

nice evelated spot and supporting the young which is great. only four rooms. lovely pain au chocolat. good coffee too. free internet, however you can rarely go on a machine as the hotel staff are usually on it playing some internet pirate memory games or something. which can be a bit annoying. shoes have to be taken off when going... This "mini-hotel" is a very clean, fresh-feeling place and a great value for what we paid ($25). It is only 4 rooms and we stayed in "cookies". Our room had a colonial French feel with a nice view peeking through some buildings toward the valley. The only negative thing to be said about the place is that the paint on... More
