The hotel is excellent, the facilities are great and the staff are a credit to the hotel. The guest relations manager Moyra was a great help, as the Thomas Cook Rep (it was a Thomas Cook Holiday we had booked) never showed his face at the hotel in the 10 days we were there. We have just got back from an amazing holiday in Dalyan.This was our first ever trip to Turkey but definitely not our last. We stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
