Generally a good hotel, certainly better service than the neighbouring Rotana and better rooms, the royal club premium is a waste of money though. Good hotel generally but avoid the Italian "Fine Dining" Restaurant - it isn't. All other F&B outelets good. Rooms spacious and well appointed, service good (sometimes a little over-attentive if anything) and public areas good and well kept. Great pool and beach area and access. more

We stayed 10 days in the beautiful hotel. We just can add the same comments about the hotel, the food and the particularly the friendliness of the staff. When we had special request then they tried to fullfil these without any problems. This is definitely a place to come back and enjoy some relaxing days. more
